🔹Optimize routes and job assignments for efficiency and profitability
🔹Manage last-minute changes, call-offs, and emergency adjustments
🔹Ensure labor hours align with job budgets and company targets
🔹Monitor job completion times and performance metrics
🔹Coordinate with sales, office staff, and field leaders
